Progressive Movement Training by Tom Huelin

Progressive Movement Training is the most basic form of physical exercise. The exercises in the Progressive Movement Training System are based on six fundamental movement patterns. These are the Squat, Bend, Lunge, Push, Pull and Twist. They are based on functional every-day movements that so often cause injury to untrained  individuals. All the exercises in this training system are designed to improve posture, balance, flexibility, core strength and coordination.

Simply, put Progressive Movement Training makes you move better in order to prevent injury and optimize health. All my clients and athletes MUST master these exercises before progressing onto more advanced strength, speed, power and agility exercises.

The Progressive Movement Training System is the result of 1000's of one to one and group exercise sessions with dozens of clients ranging from new Mum's and Grandmothers to elite level athletes.
