Progressive Movement Training is the most
basic form of physical exercise. The exercises in the Progressive Movement
Training System are based on six fundamental movement patterns. These are the
Squat, Bend, Lunge, Push, Pull and Twist. They are based on functional every-day
movements that so often cause injury to untrained individuals. All the
exercises in this training system are designed to improve posture, balance,
flexibility, core strength and coordination.

strength, speed, power and agility exercises.
The Progressive
